By using 3ndak Zood, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account, posting an ad, or joining an auction.

Eligibility and account

• You must be of legal age and provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate policies or are suspected of fraud.

Listings (ads)

• Illegal, misleading, or infringing content is prohibited.
• Photos, descriptions, and prices must accurately represent the item offered.
• We may review listings before publication or remove them without prior notice if they violate our rules.

Auctions

• Each auction’s terms (starting price, duration, minimum bid increment, deposit) are shown before you participate; accepting them is binding.
• Confirmed bids are binding; cancelling after confirmation may result in penalties or forfeiture of the deposit per platform policy.
• When an auction ends, the winner must complete the purchase within the stated period or the deposit may be forfeited and the item offered to the next bidder.

Payments and deposits

Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Deposits are temporary holds to ensure serious participation and are handled according to the auction details and refund policy shown in the app.

Liability

3ndak Zood is a technology intermediary connecting buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality of listed items; disputes should preferably be resolved between users, and admin intervention may occur when necessary without guaranteeing a specific outcome.

Intellectual property

All branding, design, and software rights belong to the platform. Copying or reusing content without written permission is prohibited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
